Baltimore hotel workers ratify new contract with Hilton

Employees at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor have successfully ratified a new four-year contract, as announced by UNITE HERE Local 7. The agreement includes “significant” wage increases and enhanced funding for pension and healthcare benefits. Additionally, the contract addresses fair pay for banquet workers and other essential provisions. This victory follows a one-day strike by union members, part of a broader nationwide effort for improved wages and benefits that has been ongoing for over 10 months across more than 20 cities.
